Why there are several prices for one product?
We work with many manufacturers and wholesalers, so we can often order the same product from several partners, where the price and delivery time may differ. If it is possible to buy a product cheaper, but its delivery will take more time, we will offer you both options so that you can decide whether fast delivery or a lower price is more important to you.
Why is the price different for individuals and legal entities?
Many of our suppliers have special rules that we must follow so sometimes there are offers that are only available to legal entities. This may mean lower price and / or faster delivery time.
The price is not specified for the product. Can it be purchased?
It is not possible to order goods without a price, because they are currently out of stock in suppliers warehouses, but our customer consultant can often find out if partners are planning new deliveries in the near future, so feel free to write to us if you are interested in a product that is currently not available.
Can I buy a product that is not in the catalog?
Yes, our catalog contains only a small part of the products offered by our partners. Tell our client consultant what you are looking for and he will find out if we can offer it to you.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes we can often offer a discount for larger orders. Please contact our client consultant to find out what we can offer you at the moment.
How can I pay for my purchase?
After placing the order, you will receive a prepaid invoice, which you can pay by bank transfer to SIA Techy bank account.
Why prepay? Can I pay for the purchase upon receipt?
Currently we deliver goods only by courier or parcel terminal, so in order to avoid abusive buyers, we deliver only after receiving payment.
How can I receive the ordered goods?
Currently it is possible to receive orders using DPD and Omniva parcel terminals or courier to the address specified by you.
Why can't I choose to receive the product at the parcel terminal?
Parcel machines have weight and size restrictions. If the package size or weight of the product exceeds the allowed, we will be able to deliver the order only by courier to the address specified by you.
Can I collect the goods myself without paying for delivery?
No, on-site collection is currently not possible.
How much does delivery cost?
The delivery fee depends on the chosen delivery type, delivery address, package size and weight. When you add items to the cart and select the desired delivery method, you will see the delivery costs. For large orders we might need to specify and update delivery costs after You have placed the order, if this happens we will inform You as soon as possible.
When will I receive my order?
If the product is in our warehouse, it will be shipped on the same business day after payment is received. In the territory of Latvia, customers usually receive their orders within one working day, but due to COVID restrictions, deliveries are sometimes delayed by one more day.
If the goods are not on site, you must also take into account the delivery time that is needed for the item to arrive in our warehouse, in this case you will see the approximate delivery time of the order in the checkout view.
Orders that contain several items are shipped out when all items have arrived in our warehouse.
How can I track my order?
As soon as we ship your order, you will also receive a shipment tracking number in your e-mail.
